Rise Above was built from my own experience of living far from that state.
I spent years moving fast. Achieving, changing countries, rebuilding, teaching yoga, hosting retreats. Doing everything that was supposed to work. And still carrying a tiredness that rest alone could not fix. Still feeling one step behind my own life, even when everything looked fine from the outside.
It wasn't until I slowed down enough to actually listen to my body that things began to shift. Not just in how I felt. In how I worked, what I created, how honestly I could show up.
These practices came from that. Grounded in nervous system science, informed by 12 years of teaching and study, shaped by lived experience. They are not theory. They are what I live, and what I now share.
