Yes. Each practice includes variations so you can adjust to what your body needs on any given day. You do not need experience or a certain level of fitness to begin.

A yoga mat, a quiet space, and ideally a bolster or cushion for support. If you do not have props, folded blankets work well.

Set aside a consistent day and time each week for your practice and treat it as a commitment to yourself. The self-reflection workbook that comes with the course is there to deepen the work. I recommend using it. The more you bring to it, the more you will take from it.

This is not only a movement class. The practices here are designed to work directly with your nervous system – using slow movement, breathwork, and stillness to shift your physiological state and support deeper inner work. It is slower, quieter, and goes further than a typical class.
