Insight alone rarely reaches the places where patterns actually live. This course combines slow flow yoga with nervous system regulation, journaling, and guided self-inquiry, so the shift lands in the body as well as the mind, and stays there.

  • Guided slow flow yoga that work with the nervous system at a physiological level.

  • Nervous system regulation tools you can use in real time, in your actual life.

  • Weekly journaling prompts that go beneath the surface: forgiveness, self-worth, surrender, intuition.

  • Awareness and integration practices that carry the work forward between sessions.
